Your design deserves real content.
Your TCMS website runs locally on your Mac with tools such as MAMP or ServBay. But Stacks Preview does not automatically use that site’s data folder. You see preview content instead of the local content you want to design with — or spend time copying folders by hand.
See the page you are actually building.
Your own text. Your own images. The content your design was made for. Check how it all fits in Stacks Preview, without repeatedly copying your data folder by hand.
Meet Presta.
Presta connects your local TCMS data folder to Stacks Preview. Open a page with TCMS stacks, choose your data folder and click Connect. Refresh the preview in Stacks — and get back to designing.
- Preview with real content. Check layouts with your own TCMS text and images.
- Less folder hunting. Presta detects open TCMS previews and looks for a matching local data folder. You can also choose the folder yourself.
- Keep projects organised. Save a separate data connection for each project.
- Made for your Mac. A compact interface with light and dark modes, plus built-in updates.
Less setup. More time for your website.
For local websites on your Mac. Presta uses an existing local tcms-data folder. It does not download or synchronise TCMS data from a hosted website or remote web server.
For macOS 14 or later on Apple Silicon. Requires Stacks 6, Total CMS 3 and a local tcms-data folder. Stacks and Total CMS are sold separately. App interface in English.
